For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with Dr. McLachlan. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough dental examination and consultation with the doctor. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we want our own family to be treated. We look forward to seeing you smile!

Scheduling & Payment

We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting. If you cannot keep an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice. Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your dental treatment on a schedule that works for you, whether that be soon or at a slower pace.

Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification or repeated cancellations may incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit® and Chase Health Advance for patients who qualify.
